1C unsweetened almond milk
3C spinach – lightly packed (baby or regular is good)
1/2C frozen blueberries
1/2C frozen strawberries
1 scoop 1stPhorm Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream protein available HERE
1 handful of ice (more to to make it thicker if you like)
Put milk and spinach in blender first. Then add in remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth and thick.
Spinach is very light and won’t fall to the bottom of the blender to mix so you may need to use a blender plunger if you have one to help push the spinach into the blades. If you don’t have a plunger, simply blend, then turn off blender and using a spoon push spinach down and place lid back on and blend again. Repeat if necessary until spinach is mixed.
As stated earlier, this makes 1 very large smoothie or you could break it into 2 servings. Nutrition below is for the entire smoothie.
