Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Crepes

Long name I know but I didn’t want to leave out any delicious details!  😉

This is a great quick and easy meal, pre workout, post workout, dessert…you name it!!  If it contains bananas, peanut butter and chocolate I’m SOLD!!!

Ingredients

1 egg white (or 3T of liquid egg whites)

1 scoop Chocolate 1stPhorm Level-1 protein powder

1T creamy, all natural peanut butter

1/3C water

1/2t vanilla extract

Non-stick cooking spray

1T Enjoy Life brand chocolate chips

1 banana

Directions:

In a small bowl combine the egg white, protein powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract and water.

Mix well with a fork until batter becomes smooth and free of lumps.

Spray an 8″ or 10″ skillet, (whatever you have) with cooking spray.

Heat pan over medium heat.

Pour half of the mixture in pan and tilt the pan around until the batter thinly covers the entire bottom of pan. Use a spoon spread out if necessary.

Let cook for 2 mins on each side. Then place on a plate.

Repeat steps for second crepe.

Once second crepe is done, simply slice banana into coins and add them to the pan that you used for the crepes. Let them warm up about 1 min. each side.

Fill crepes with warm bananas and roll up.

Melt 1T of Enjoy Life chocolate in small microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals stirring after each interval until smooth and creamy.

Drizzle chocolate on top of crepes and enjoy!!!
