You will see I have Gluten Free items listed. I do not have celiac, however when I switched my diet to gluten free I felt less bloated and that “blah” feeling I would have after eating went away. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely enjoy pizza & pasta for my cheat meal, however I try to keep my diet as gluten free as possible. If you have never tried eating mostly gluten free, I encourage you to try it for 2 weeks and see how you feel. I always thought it was just a ‘fad’ and ‘hype’..and flat out marketing bullshit to be totally honest. haha. Until I made the switch nearly a year and a half ago and it really does make a difference!
I hope this shopping list helps you navigate your grocery store a little easier. Also, if you have an Aldi’s grocery store near you, check it out! They have TONS of Gluten Free items and they keep adding more and you save a ton of money shopping there too! Just remember to bring your own bags! 🙂
