4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6t Oive Oil
2t Dried oregano
4t Soy sauce
6 Medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced finely
1/4t Cayanne pepper
Dash of black pepper
-Pat dry chicken breasts and place into large Ziploc baggie
-In a medium bowl combine the Olive oil, garlic, salt, cayanne, oregano, soy sauce and black pepper.
-Pour mixture into the plastic bag with the chicken. Seal the bag and gently shake to coat the chicken.
-Place in fridge and let it marinade for an hour or two.
-Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat, soray with non-stick cooking spray.
-Place chicken in pan and grill 5mins per side or until juices run clear.
