Garlic Soy Chicken

Here is another quick and easy chicken recipe for you!

Perfect for those hectic summer days and beautiuful sunshine when you don’t want to have to stay inside all night cooking!


4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6t Oive Oil
2t Dried oregano
4t Soy sauce
6 Medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced finely
1-­1/2t Salt
1/4t Cayanne pepper
Dash of black pepper ­



-Pat dry chicken breasts and place into large Ziploc baggie

-In a medium bowl combine the Olive oil, garlic, salt, cayanne, oregano, soy sauce and black pepper.

-Pour mixture into the plastic bag with the chicken. ­Seal the bag and gently shake to coat the chicken.
-Place in fridge and let it marinade for an hour or two. ­

-Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat, soray with non-stick cooking spray.

-Place chicken in pan and grill  5mins per side or until juices run clear.
