Ingredients for 1 pizza:
1- 90 calorie flatout sandwich bread ( I used the Flatout branded for Hungry Girl)
1/4 smashed avocado
1t lime juice
salt & pepper to taste
1/8t garlic powder
1/3C diced roma tomato
4oz grilled chicken breast, sliced into thin strips then diced.
1/3 C low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1t fresh chopped oregano (optional)
Preheat oven to 350*
In a small bowl, using a fork, smash avocaodo then stir in the lime juice, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Next, spread guacamole on the flatbread sandwich bread as the “sauce”
Top with the tomatoes and grilled chicken then finally add the mozzarella cheese.
Place pizza directly on oven rack and cook 8-10 mins or until cheese is melted.
Remove and top with chopped fresh oregano if desired.
Slice and serve!
