Guacamole Chicken Pizza

This is a healthy spin with a twist on traditional pizza.  Flatbread crust with a guacamole “sauce” served warm and full of flavor.  This is perfect for a quick lunch or easy weeknight dinner.  As a meal or make it for a party for an appetizer/snack.  No matter how you slice it (pun intended 🙂  This pizza will let you indulge in your pizza craving without wrecking your waistline.

You will find the nutrition info below and can see the macros are great for a single serving but if you want to be nice, you can share. 🙂


Ingredients for 1 pizza:

1- 90 calorie flatout sandwich bread ( I used the Flatout branded for Hungry Girl)

1/4 smashed avocado

1t lime juice

salt & pepper to taste

1/8t garlic powder

1/3C diced roma tomato

4oz grilled chicken breast, sliced into thin strips then diced.

1/3 C low-moisture mozzarella cheese

1t fresh chopped oregano (optional)




Preheat oven to 350*

In a small bowl, using a fork, smash avocaodo then stir in the lime juice, salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Next, spread guacamole on the flatbread sandwich bread as the “sauce”

Top with the tomatoes and grilled chicken then finally add the mozzarella cheese.

Place pizza directly on oven rack and cook 8-10 mins or until cheese is melted.

Remove and top with chopped fresh oregano if desired.

Slice and serve!
