Mini Pumpkin Protein Pie

Don’t miss out of your favorite treats this fall because you are watching what you eat and trying to “be good” good AND eat good!!  That’s balance!!  Eating healthy doesn’t mean rice cakes and broccoli!  This is the absolute most easy recipe to create!

Just the right amount of pumpkin, the right amount of sweet, a tasty graham crust and the light, airy texture of the filling makes this sinless treat taste like some sin-laden food the devil would try to tempt you with! haha.

I have included the nutrition info with and without protein so you can make it as you desire.  I always try to sneak protein into every treat I eat.



*Ingredients PER pie.

3T Organic Pumpkin Puree

1 Mini Graham Pie Shell

1T Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip

Dash of cinnamon

2T Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1t Honey

Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 scoop 1stPhorm Phormula-1 CTC protein powder (optional)

Redi-Whip topping if desired. (not included in nutrition info)



In a small mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients listed above and fill pie shell.

Cover with plastic wrap or in airtight container and refrigerate 2-4 hours to allow it to firm and flavors to marry.

Just before serving, top with dollop of whip cream and sprinkle with an additional dash of cinnamon for garnish.

    Sorry I haven’t given you updates on how my girls, family and clients are liking your recipes. As you know as well, life happens…and the next thing you know a month goes by.
