2C Quick Oats
1/2C natural peanut butter
4 level scoops 1stPhorm Level-1 Protein Powder (your choice of flavor)
1-1/2 t cocoa powder
1/8 C Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
1/4C dried cranberries
Using a loaf pan, line with parchment paper.
Using clean hands or 2 wooden spoons, kneed all ingredients together in a large prep bowl
Spread dough evenly into loaf pan, pressing to flatten and freeze for 30 min. Remove from freezer and lift parchment paper and slice loaf into 7 bars.
I like to wrap each bar in wax paper and place in a plastic baggie. This way they are individually wrapped and great for a grab and go meal.
Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat.
