This is a great way to indulge in your childhood love of a cool treat on a summer afternoon–except these won’t give you a sugar rush, high carbs or tons of fat.  Make these healthy protein fudge pops to keep on hand for your kids when they are home from school this summer!  They won’t know that they are healthy!

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 3):
– 1/2 pack of 1.4oz Sugar free chocolate jello instant pudding
– 1C Unsweetened almond Milk
– 1 scoop 1stPhorm Milk Chocolate Level-1 protein

Directions:

Directions:
– Mix all ingredients in a bowl, let mix set in the fridge for 5min then place in popsicle molds and freeze until solid.

Makes 3 pops

  1. What size box of pudding did you use? I made these tonight with big box of pudding. I used the whole box of pudding and added 2 cups of almond milk and 2 scoops protein but it was very thick.
