1 scoop 1stPhorm Level-1 Cinnamon Cookie Batter Protein (available HERE)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 Tablespoon coconut flour
2 Tablespoon stevia
1/4C unsweetened almond or coconut milk
3 Tablespoons liquid egg whites
1 Tablespoon canned pumpkin
Optional toppings- mini chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, sprinkle of splenda brown sugar, bananas, etc
You will need 2 small cereal bowls and 1 mug
In 1 cereal bowl- combine all the dry ingredients
In mug- combine wet ingredients
Next, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
In remaining cereal bowl, spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray spray and pour in cake mix.
Place bowl in microwave and heat for 1:30 (1 min, 30sec)– Carefully remove from microwave as bowl may be hot.
Add any optional toppings you like once it’s removed from the microwave or you may enjoy it plain.
This cake is best enjoyed warm from the microwave.
