Pumpkin Protein Ice Cream

This delicious & creamy dairy free pumpkin ice cream is quite the treat.  The combination of bananas and pumpkin compliment each other wonderfully.

I have included the nutrition information for with and without the use of protein powder.

Create this treat and serve it at your next fall party in hollowed out mini pumpkins for a cute festive dessert.

 

Ingredients

4 bananas

1-½ t pumpkin spice

2 scoops 1stPhorm Phormula-1 CTC

1C Pumpkin Puree

1/3C Organic Maple Syrup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Pour into a medium bowl, cover and freeze 4-5 hours until set. 

Yields 4 servings.
