Puppy Truffles

Puppies deserve pampering, so whip up a batch of these yummy coconut peanut butter truffles for your fur babies.  I promise they will give you extra kisses and snuggles for them. 🙂

With only 4 ingredients that you probably already have on hand, these treats a much healthier and less expensive than store bought treats.

Ingredients

1/3C coconut oil

4T creamy peanut butter

2.5C oats (quick oats or old fashioned)

1/3C shredded coconut flakes

Directions:

Using a food processor or blender, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter and oats.  Blend until well combined.

Place coconut flakes in a small bowl.

Form dough into 1″ balls and roll in the coconut.  Place on a wax paper lined baking sheet or cuting board.

Place the truffles in the fridge to set for 30min.  Remove and transfer to a plastic baggie or airtight container and store in the fridge.

Makes approx 25 truffles.
