1 scoop 1stPhorm Strawberry Milkshake Protein powder
1 scoop Lemonade BCAA’s from 1stPhorm
1 large handful of ice + 4 ice cubes
8oz + 4oz Unsweetened coconut milk OR almond milk
In a blender combine 8oz milk, large handful of ice and 1 scoop protein powder and blend until smooth and thick.
Pour into a glass, then rinse and clean out blender to make second layer.
To make lemonade topper: in blender combine 4oz milk, 4 ice cubes and 1 scoop of lemonade BCAA and mix until smooth. Then pour on top of strawberry smoothie.
Garnish is a lemon slice and fresh strawberry.
